DO YOU PROVIDE ALTERATIONS?

Unfortunately, we do not provide alterations.

WHAT IF THE SIZE I ORDER IS TOO SMALL OR LARGE, CAN I EXCHANGE THE İTEM?

Exchanges can only be offered for dresses purchased online from the NueveTheLabel within 7 days of receiving the dress (subject to availability and the dress being returned in its original condition).

Please contact us at [email protected] to check the availability of dresses. Please note if we do not have stock available we may not be able to offer an exchange. No returns will be accepted on garments unless the items are faulty. Any claims must be notified within 10 days.
